The word Fasting  is called Autophagy in modern scientific language.

In 2016, Japanese scientist Yoshinori Osumi discovered Autophagy for which he has been awarded the Nobel Prize.

The process of AutophagyAutophagy is made up of two words. Auto and fagi means eating by the body itself.

During 10–12 hours of fasting, the cells start destroying the damaged and damaged cells of the body on their own, in the absence of nutrients, it helps to keep us energetic by taking these dead cells out of the body, and of aging. Also slows down the speed.

How Autophagy Works - When the body of the body starts this process, the brain remains in alert mode, reduces stress conditions, protects the body from harmful bacteria.

A research was done in Germany which found that Fasting (Autophagy) prolongs life. It is beneficial in many diseases. During this research, rats made from two groups of rats were given plenty of food and mice of the other group were given plenty of food. Autophagy is kept in a fast state to a certain extent. In conclusion, it was found that the second group, which was kept in the fasting stage, had mice aged 5% more than the first group.


Research revealed that those who eat less, their body stays fit for longer, the body of more eaters gets molded before age.

The process of Autophagy starts in the body for some people who do not eat for 12 hours, which the body starts to destroy the bad cells and creates new cells in their place, initially the body is very upset due to this process. But later it becomes incorporated into the daily routine of the body.

Nowadays obesity is increasing rapidly due to wrong eating and poor lifestyle. Obesity is a metabolic syndrome characterized by fatty-liver, high-blood pressure, high cholesterol, hypertension, microvascular related diseases. One can easily avoid these diseases by changing lifestyle and reducing obesity.

In today's run-of-the-mill life, it has become very difficult to find time for exercise. This process of Autophagy (Fasting) takes the place of exercise to a great extent, if not completely.

Benefits of Fasting


With Autophagy (Fasting) the defects of the body, metals, feces remain in a similar proportion.

7 metals - juice, blood, meat, fattening, bone, marrow and Venus remain in the tenth house. Fasting stool urine and sweat (sweat), related organs work smoothly.





Eating undigested again does not make the body juices, glucose, amino acids, triglycerides, etc. properly, so that the food taken acts like poison. Due to fasting, digestion of all these takes place equally in the body and the food taken works like nectar.

We need to fast for 10 to 12 hours 1 day a week, this helps to rapidly rebuild cells in the body.

During Fasting, take light diet in the morning, eat light digestible food in late evening. You can drink plenty of water throughout the day. From this, toxic substances will come out of the body.

Keeping fast for 10 to 12 hours releases antioxidants in the body, the process of fasting is the process of relaxing the internal organs of the body.
